OUTSOLE
To ensure grip and more additional cushioning Asics use AHAR Ride , a blown rubber in the forefoot while AHAR, an abrasion resistant rubber is used in areas of high wear such as the heel for increased durability

MIDSOLE
Asics understand how important cushioning is for the supinator and/or Neutral foot types which is why this is such a highly cushioned shoe. Gender specific cushioning in both the heel and forefoot takes into consideration the differences between men and women while Asics' new Fluid Ride technology is used to provide even more cushioning as well as energy return
